You can access both trails at trailheads in Killington. Day hikes in the Killington Peak region are among the most popular on both trails. If you need gear, there are outfitters at the base of the mountain.

Killington Vermont golf

There truly isn’t a more spectacular setting for golf than Killington. The town is home to two PGA championship courses, including the No. 1 ranked public golf course in the state of Vermont. Rated by Golf Digest as Vermont’s top public course and one of America’s top public courses, Green Mountain National is as beautiful as it is challenging. No houses, no highways, just spectacular surroundings and great golf. Just up the road is the Killington Resort course, a challenge in its own right with mountain vistas at every turn. The Georffey Cornish designed course takes full advantage of this incredible mountain setting. The courses provide full practice facilities, including driving range, putting green and practice bunker. Stay and place packages are popular at both courses.
